Mindfulness refers to the mental state that emerges to pay attention to the present moment with intent, without judging and focusing on the immediate experience.
With this application it is to collaborate on a research project and facilitate the practice of mindfulness. In particular it focuses on the following aspects:
* Virtual Instructor: guiding the practice through sessions.
* Test level Mindfulness (Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale), scientifically validated.
* Illustrations and videos to accompany practice.
* Guided Practices: video support.
* Unguided Practices: meditation time control.
* Journal of practices.
* Statistics to know the progress of practice.
* Alarms and reminders.
This app is scientifically supported by the Aragonese Association Research Institute Group and Health Promotion, composed of professionals of psychiatry and psychology.
The application collects usage statistics and sends them periodically for study.
Also available is a paid version that does not store these statistics.
